Mental Wellness
The greatest threat to officer safety is compromised mental health. Law enforcement officers die by suicide at nearly twice the rate of all other duty-related causes combined. This is 100% preventable and it is the responsibility of agencies to protect their own.
Our experts help agencies identify threats to officer mental wellness, adopt strategies to keep officers feeling safe and supported, help departments destigmatize access to help-seeking behaviors for officers in crisis, and connect agencies with long-term mental health partnerships.
